We initially used Accendo Solutions when we wanted to replace our outdated NT4
platform with 2003 Small Business Server. The quotation was well presented and
set out in a way that was technical yet understandable and so easy to present to
the board. The project took two weeks to implement and went as planned and all
issues that arose were dealt with quickly and professionally. The project
involved a new server and saw 60 PCs migrated over to the new platform, each of
which required various upgrades and changes to the whole IP structure. It also
included the introduction of VPN connectivity over Broadband to our warehouse and
so replacing the slow Kilostream. The changes have completely revolutionized our
working environment both in the office and our connectivity from any where in the
